From October 2 to 11<\/strong>, Formentera will host the fourth edition of Tardor d\u2019Art<\/strong>, a cultural event bringing together local and international artists at the \u201cAjuntament Vell\u201d Exhibition Hall<\/strong>, the Centre Antoni Tur \u201cGabrielet\u201d<\/strong>, and the Jard\u00ed de Ses Eres<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The program includes exhibitions, public space interventions, and activities open to the public<\/strong>, with the aim of turning the island into a space for dialogue and artistic reflection. In a time marked by global challenges such as tourist saturation and the climate crisis, Tardor d\u2019Art advocates for art as a driver of debate and social transformation.<\/p>\n

Exhibitions<\/h3>\n

At the Centre Antoni Tur \u201cGabrielet\u201d<\/strong> (October 2\u201311), visitors will see works by Pedro Asensio, Marco Cecioni, Mar\u00eda Lagrange, Angelica Markston, Juan Moreno, Consuelo Bautista, Adriana Cerecero, M. Ant\u00f2nia Ferragut, Aur\u00e8lia Jaubert, Jacobo J\u00f6rgensen, Josejo, Cristian Lanfranchi, David S. Le\u00f3n, Brenda Novak, Juan Antonio Pardos Vidal \u201cChano\u201d, Manuel Persa – Arbio Art, Lisa Rubin, and Xavier Theros<\/strong>. The exhibition will also feature a tribute In Memoriam to C\u00e9sar Ordas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

At the \u201cAjuntament Vell\u201d Exhibition Hall<\/strong> (October 6\u201311), the featured artists will be Wolfgang Mally<\/strong> and Helena Belzer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Interventions and activities<\/h3>\n

The Jard\u00ed de ses Eres<\/strong> will host installations by Rafael Amor\u00f2s<\/strong> (October 2\u201311) and Christian Guggenbuhl<\/strong> (October 6\u201311).<\/p>\n

The activities program includes openings, screenings, roundtables, workshops, performances, markets, and live music:<\/p>\n

    October 2<\/strong>: Opening at the Centre Antoni Tur \u201cGabrielet\u201d (8 pm) and performance by the music group Virot<\/strong> (9 pm).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    October 4<\/strong>: Second-hand market & special guests<\/strong> at Jard\u00ed de Ses Eres (11 am\u20132 pm). Screenings at the Sala de Cultura<\/strong>: Hektor-NGC (Wolfgang Mally, 2016) and Le Corps Abym\u00e9 (Boris Lehman, 2024).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    October 6<\/strong>: Opening at the \u201cAjuntament Vell\u201d Exhibition Hall (8 pm), inaugural performance<\/strong> Cuerpo Arquitect\u00f3nico, testigas del tiempo by Diana Flor & Brisa Marina<\/strong> (9 pm, Jard\u00ed de ses Eres), and vernissage (9:15 pm).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    October 7<\/strong>: Second-hand market & special guests<\/strong> at Jard\u00ed de Ses Eres (11 am\u20132 pm). Roundtable<\/strong> on the state of Catalan culture and the Balearic Islands with Joan Abell\u00f3<\/strong> (Reial Cercle Art\u00edstic de Barcelona), Teresa Ferrer<\/strong> (OCBF), Pedro Vidal<\/strong> (Secretary of Culture and Sports of the Balearic Government), Laura Trigo<\/strong> (La Plural), Tanja Grass<\/strong> (curator of Tardor d\u2019Art), and other speakers to be confirmed (6\u20138 pm).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    October 9<\/strong>: Artistic co-creation workshop<\/strong> with Eli Gras<\/strong> at Jard\u00ed de ses Eres (12\u20132 pm and 3\u20137 pm). In the evening, Jam Session<\/strong> with Krishna<\/strong>, Eli Gras<\/strong>, and workshop participants (8 pm).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    October 10<\/strong>: Presentation and screening of the projects A los Invisibles by Consuelo Bautista<\/strong>, The film Quan ens trobem created by a group of young people from diverse backgrounds, presented by Agn\u00e8s Sebasti\u00e0<\/strong> (Cinema en curs \u2013 A Bao A Qu<\/strong>).\u00a0and L\u00ednea Sur by Juan Gonzalez Forn\u00e9s<\/strong> as part of the cycle La gent es mou: Art and migrations<\/strong> (12\u20132 pm). In the afternoon, photography interpretation workshop<\/strong> with Consuelo Bautista (4\u20136 pm).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    October 11<\/strong>: Closing event<\/strong> with participating artists and DJ Cherman<\/strong> from the Drap-Art Sound System (6 pm).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    OFF Tardor d\u2019Art<\/h3>\n

    Exhibition at Galeria Pin Por Madera Perpetua<\/strong> (October 7 \u2013 November 10), curated by Pamela Spitz<\/strong> with Pep Mart\u00ed, Mariano Mayans, Nadja Ferch, and Olivier Tardiveau<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
