Knowledge of social networks, mailing management and general project communication is appreciated.<\/p>\n<p>She\/he will have to have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and organize teamwork in a transversal way. Her\/his main task will be to direct and coordinate projects and keep the internal order of documents and files of the projects, partners, clients and followers of the Drap-Art Association.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be a beneficiary of the National Youth Guarantee System.<\/li>\n<li>Be registered as an unemployed job seeker with the Public Employment Service of Catalonia.<\/li>\n<li>Meet the requirements demanded by the modality of the paid internship work contract.<\/li>\n<li>Prove possession of a university degree or a vocational training degree of intermediate or higher level or degrees officially recognized as equivalent, or a professional certificate, professional references that qualify him\/her for professional practice in communication, marketing, cultural management, art history, humanities or similar.<\/li>\n<li>Mastery of office automation tools.<\/li>\n<li>Content management (this covers everything related to the web, newsletters, writing Instagram posts, press releases, creating product sheets, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Style editor (correct use of periods, commas, use of bullets, hierarchization of headlines, bold, margins, paragraphs, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of management tools will be valued:<br \/>\n&#8211; Project management: Asana, Monday, Jira, Trello or similar<br \/>\n&#8211; CRM (Customer Relationship Management system): Pipedrive Hubspot, Sales Force or similar<\/li>\n<li>Advanced mastery of the web environment in wordpress, mailchimp, Drive, Dropbox<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of digital graphic design tools (Photoshop, Indesign)<\/li>\n<li>Advanced level in management of digital platforms: Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, Vimeo, Youtube, Mailchimp, WordPress.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of video and photography editing to make reels and stories in social media<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication in Catalan, English and Spanish, mastery of other languages \u200b\u200bwill be valued.<\/li>\n<li>Have residence in the province of Barcelona<\/li>\n<li>Availability to join from January 23, 2025, applications accepted until January 15<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good writing, excellent communication skills and writing articles and press releases, focused on the cultural field.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to structure and maintain up-to-date databases, mailchimp, member records, folders and files with information on projects, artists, clients, Drap-Art followers, inventories of products for sale in the online store and in the Drap-Art physical gallery<\/li>\n<li>Database management, digital and in-person insights.<\/li>\n<li>Management and handling of social networks and web at an advanced level (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, Vimeo, Youtube, Mailchimp, WordPress).<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge in the creative and communication field at a local, national and international level.<\/li>\n<li>Proactive, creative in internal and external communication.<\/li>\n<li>Active and decisive listening.<\/li>\n<li>Working as a team.<\/li>\n<li>Passion for the world of art and sustainability.<\/li>\n<li>Agility and assertiveness to respond to users who interact with our networks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Tasks to be performed:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create reports and maintain the database, mailchimp, files and folders of Drap-Art content<\/li>\n<li>Measure the impact on social networks, newsletters, web.<\/li>\n<li>Update and dynamize social networks and web.<\/li>\n<li>Write press releases, dossiers, reports, project reports and internal and external communication.<\/li>\n<li>Management and administration of published content (images, gifs, video and written).<\/li>\n<li>Communication with the community: establish two-way dialogues, create audiences, enhance the brand.<\/li>\n<li>Management of the online store and sales platforms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Offered:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>12-month contract in contribution group 1 or 2 (SOC-JOVES EN PR\u00c0CTIQUES) (ref.
