The first edition of Drap-Art Uruguay was launched by artist and cultural manager Claudia Calace. A festival open to all audiences with a wide variety of activities focused on creative recycling, including art exhibitions, a slow-fashion runway show, recycling workshops, music performances, lectures, and a 24-hour creation marathon where artists and designers produced works in real-time using discarded materials.
