Drap-Art’26 in the Gothic Quarter and beyond!

30th International Sustainable Art Festival of Catalonia

From November 17 to December 21, 2026
in emblematic spaces of Barcelona’s Gothic Quarter and La Ribera

Drap-Art presents a new edition of the festival with a month of exhibitions, cultural actions and free activities in public spaces, galleries and unique buildings in Barcelona’s Gothic Quarter. The festival brings together local and international artists who, through their work, transform discarded materials and objects into new forms of expression, critical reflection and environmental awareness.

In this 30th edition, Drap-Art celebrates three decades of promoting sustainable art and creative reuse as tools for social transformation. The festival highlights the relationship between art, activism, memory and sustainability, inviting audiences to rethink the cultural and human values needed to move towards a more responsible future.

The open call to take part in Drap-Art’26 is now open in this link. Artists, creators and collectives working through sustainability, reuse and critical reflection are invited to submit their proposals and become part of this special edition. An invitation to transform what the world leaves behind into new forms of imagination, memory and future.

The festival is consolidated as a space for encounter and dialogue between art, society and the environment, connecting Barcelona with an international network of committed artists and audiences.
