
Georgina Majench
She has been working in cultural management since 1989. She began collaborating in 1989 with the Festival de Tardor, within the framework of the Cultural Olympiad, in tasks of stage management and communication until 1992. She joined the German-French circus company Cirque Gosh, handling distribution and communication until its closure in 2007. She has carried out production and distribution work with the companies Los Galindos, Sienta la Cabeza, Inspira Teatre and Big Bouncers. She was in charge of audience and community management at Antic Teatre from 2009 to 2013.
In 2013, she began organizing the professional sessions of the Festival d’Arts Escèniques Contemporànies Escena Poblenou, where she worked for ten years coordinating attending professionals, managing relations with the administration, programming, and fostering new collaborations with other venues and organizations in the neighborhood.
In November 2024, she began collaborating with Drap-Art as part of the 28th International Festival of Sustainable Art of Catalonia, managing one of the galleries that were part of the festival circuit. In January 2025, she joined the team as assistant to Tanja Grass, director and president. She manages the spaces that will be part of the new edition of the festival, as well as other projects promoted by the association.
