Opening of the 8th Edition of the Sitges ReciclArt Festival

Saturday, August 2 at Miramar – Centre Cultural

On Saturday, August 2, the eighth edition of the Sitges ReciclArt Festival will open, once again turning art into a loudspeaker for raising awareness about issues such as the climate crisis and sustainability. The opening event will take place at the Miramar – Centre Cultural and will feature a special public program.

The evening will begin at 7:00 PM with a reception and opening of doors. At 7:30 PM, artist Silvia Cuesta will present a performance, followed by the opening speeches and vernissage at 8:00 PM. The event will conclude at 9:00 PM.

The group exhibition, curated by Drap-Art, will bring together 33 international artists and can be visited until September 21. In addition, the festival will feature workshops, performances, and actions throughout its duration, aiming to promote dialogue between creativity, recycling, and ecological awareness.
