Job Offer

Drap-Art wants to incorporate into its organization a young person who has a passion for art, environmental conservation, social justice, education and sustainability, with a profile as project coordinator or director, communicative and active mainly in the areas of production, management and administration. Knowledge of social networks, mailing management and general project communication is appreciated.

She/he will have to have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and organize teamwork in a transversal way. Her/his main task will be to direct and coordinate projects and keep the internal order of documents and files of the projects, partners, clients and followers of the Drap-Art Association.

Requirements:

• Be a beneficiary of the National Youth Guarantee System.
• Be registered as an unemployed job seeker with the Public Employment Service of Catalonia.
• Meet the requirements demanded by the modality of the paid internship work contract.
• Prove possession of a university degree or a vocational training degree of intermediate or higher level or degrees officially recognized as equivalent, or a professional certificate, professional references that qualify him/her for professional practice in communication, marketing, cultural management, art history, humanities or similar.
• Mastery of office automation tools.
• Content management (this covers everything related to the web, newsletters, writing Instagram posts, press releases, creating product sheets, etc.)
• Style editor (correct use of periods, commas, use of bullets, hierarchization of headlines, bold, margins, paragraphs, etc.
• Knowledge of management tools will be valued:
  – Project management: Asana, Monday, Jira, Trello or similar
  – CRM (Customer Relationship Management system): Pipedrive Hubspot, Sales Force or similar
• Advanced mastery of the web environment in wordpress, mailchimp, Drive, Dropbox
• Basic knowledge of digital graphic design tools (Photoshop, Indesign)
• Advanced level in management of digital platforms: Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, Vimeo, Youtube, Mailchimp, WordPress.
• Knowledge of video and photography editing to make reels and stories in social media
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Catalan, English and Spanish, mastery of other languages ​​will be valued.
• Have residence in the province of Barcelona

Skills:

• Good writing, excellent communication skills and writing articles and press releases, focused on the cultural field.
• Ability to structure and maintain up-to-date databases, mailchimp, member records, folders and files with information on projects, artists, clients, Drap-Art followers, inventories of products for sale in the online store and in the Drap-Art physical gallery
• Database management, digital and in-person insights.
• Management and handling of social networks and web at an advanced level (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, Vimeo, Youtube, Mailchimp, WordPress).
• Knowledge in the creative and communication field at a local, national and international level.
• Proactive, creative in internal and external communication.

• Passion for the world of art and sustainability.
• Agility and assertiveness to respond to users who interact with our networks.

Tasks to be performed:

• Create reports and maintain the database, mailchimp, files and folders of Drap-Art content
• Measure the impact on social networks, newsletters, web.
• Update and dynamize social networks and web.
• Write press releases, dossiers, reports, project reports and internal and external communication.
• Management and administration of published content (images, gifs, video and written).
• Communication with the community: establish two-way dialogues, create audiences, enhance the brand.
• Management of the online store and sales platforms.

Offered:

• 12-month contract in contribution group 1 or 2 (SOC-JOVES EN PRÀCTIQUES) (ref. BDNS 779189).
• Full-time. 37.5 hours per week
• Salary: €2,057.41 net (prorated extra payments
