“Mediterranean Sustainable Art” at Els Magazinos in Dénia
From June 6 to 29, 2025, Fundació Baleària presents the exhibition “Mediterranean Sustainable Art” at the “El Taller Turia” Room in Els Magazinos, Dénia. This group exhibition gives voice to artists committed to sustainability and environmental awareness through art. The initiative is organized in collaboration with Drap-Art and the Associació Art amb B.
The artworks have been created using recovered materials such as plastics, fabrics, fishing nets and ropes, microplastics, and other waste, giving them new life as pieces with artistic value and renewed meaning. The exhibition also features creations made from natural and marine elements such as wood, roots, sea sponges, or posidonia, transformed into artworks of great poetic strength.
This exhibition aims to create a space for collective reflection and to highlight the work of artists who foster a conscious dialogue with their environment, proposing through creativity a new way of relating to the planet.
